Tracy's responsibilities include Leonardo Academy's bookkeeping, benefits, project tracking, invoicing, and human resources. Her goal is to provide Leonardo Academy with the best possible financial system so that it has the necessary and desired information to guide its management and the achievement of the organization's mission. Tracy has a B.S. from UW - Stevens Point and has 20 years of experience in managing accounting, human resources, purchasing, and IT teams. She joined Leonardo Academy in early 2009. Tracy dedicates her spare time to her two children and their activities (hockey, horses, and boxing), as well as independently restoring an old farm house.
