Refunds: In-Person Training Sessions
Registrants unable to attend a training session should notify Leonardo Academy at least 10 business days prior to the training date in order to receive a full refund or credit. If you are unable to attend a Leonardo Academy event and notify Leonardo Academy within 5 business days, you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.  No refunds will be awarded for cancellations within 5 business days of an in-person training session.

Participants may transfer registration to another workshop or substitute a different participant a maximum of one time.  Transfers must be made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled session.  In the event of a transfer, the registration fees will be applied to the new course and participants will be required to pay any remaining balance.  If you are transferring your registration to a less expensive course, the difference will be refunded.  Participant substitutions may be made up to 1 business day prior to the scheduled session.
Note: Where refunds are issued, a $15 processing fee will be charged.

Refunds: Webinars
Registrants unable to attend a webinar should notify Leonardo Academy at least 3 business days prior to the webinar date in order to receive a refund. If you are unable to attend a Leonardo Academy webinar and notify Leonardo Academy less than 3 business days in advance, you will be given the opportunity to transfer your registration to a different course, but will not be offered a refund.

Specifications regarding system requirements for attending webinars are provided on the Leonardo Academy website.  Please confirm in advance that your system meets these requirements.

Free Webinars
Webinar class sizes are limited. If you are unable to attend a session you registered for, please contact us in advance so we can offer the seat to another person.

Cancellation Policy
If Leonardo Academy cancels a training session for any reason, participants will be notified and given the option of receiving a 100% refund or applying their registration fees to another session.
