Refunds: In-Person Training Sessions Participants may transfer registration to another workshop or substitute a different participant a maximum of one time. Transfers must be made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled session. In the event of a transfer, the registration fees will be applied to the new course and participants will be required to pay any remaining balance. If you are transferring your registration to a less expensive course, the difference will be refunded. Participant substitutions may be made up to 1 business day prior to the scheduled session.
