Bill Rattunde, Registered Architect, conducts Leonardo Academy’s LEED reviews and provides LEED consulting. He has over 25 years of experience optimizing site, workspace and building designs for clients while minimizing their environmental impacts. His diverse background and experience provide expertise to effectively help companies and organizations implement sustainable policies and practices that make both environmental and business sense.

Bill has co-authored many white papers and reports on sustainable buildings and operations. He has also been involved with Leonardo Academy’s LEED-EB effort as both an applicant and reviewer. 

Bill earned professional degrees in Architecture and Landscape Architecture from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has been a LEED® Accredited Professional since 2004. Bill continues to be active with the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance, the Congress for the New Urbanism and assists other NGO’s and municipalities with sustainability consulting and project development.
